Welcome to Rockwell Cleaning. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a service with Rockwell Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Agreement

Rockwell Cleaning provides professional upholstery and carpet cleaning services. Our service include:

Pre-inspection: Our technicians will inspect the areas to be cleaned and identify potential permanent stains or delicate fabrics.
Access: Customers must provide access to water and electricity for the operation of our equipment.
Furniture Moving: We will move small items (chairs, coffee tables) but for insurance reasons, we cannot move heavy electronics, pianos, or large breakable items.
Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed hazardous to our staff.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing: All quotes provided via our website or phone are estimates until a final inspection is performed on-site.

3.2 Payment Timing: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

3.3 Methods: We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Cash payments should be confirmed with the technician in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

We value our technicians’ time. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.

5. Liability & Warranty

While we take every precaution, Rockwell Cleaning’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, particularly those that have set or been treated with domestic products.
A 48-hour satisfaction guarantee applies to all work. Please contact us within this window if you are dissatisfied.
